Motion Analysis Studios provided motion capture data for the Cartoon Network's prime-time adventure film, Ben 10: Race Against Time. The project involved pre-vizualization: utilizing live motion capture data on a 3D character, composited live onto a pre-shot video scene with camera tracking capabilities.
Based on the cartoon series, Ben's superpowers derive from an alien wristwatch, the Omnitrix. The live-action Ben shares traits with the cartoon, fighting invading aliens and occasionally using his powers for mischief, but real actors add dimensions to the characters.
